Under current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s and user’s specifications or clearly customised, as is the case with our products. For this reason, SB Publishing S.L. will not accept cancellations or returns that do not match the cases described in this return policy.
It is important to understand that each product ordered from SB Publishing S.L. is individually made by professionals from the printing and binding industry who take great care in crafting each item. Despite this, there may be cases where the end product is not exactly to the User’s liking.
Due to purely technical reasons, there may be slight variations in colour when printing several copies of the same photo book or customised product. These variations, if any, would be very subtle as all our equipment is calibrated on a daily basis for the most accurate colour reproduction possible. These slight differences in colour are not considered a manufacturing error. Furthermore, getting accurate colour depends on the User’s calibration of their monitor and the environment in which they work. They would also have to use the right output profiles. This entire process is considered to be intrinsic to a professional photo book or product and is outside the scope of SB Publishing S.L.’s standard service. Therefore, in any case and as a general rule, no returns due to colour-related issues will be accepted.
Our Products and/or Services are completely customised and SB Publishing S.L. will not edit, correct or modify them in any way. It is your responsibility to revise it before sending it to out for printing. Specifically, pay particular attention to:
The appearance of the photo book on the screen is approximate and there may be a difference of several millimetres once the photo book has been manufactured. A difference of up to 5mm between the appearance on the screen and the final result will not be considered a manufacturing error. Any other creative option that may be made using artslibri. Delivery time will be determined from the time the photo book or customised product is print ready until it is sent to the user. Therefore, photo books or customised products that are delayed because they were not ready for production—requiring the User to subsequently correct them—will not be considered a late delivery.
Errors attributable to transport of the photo book (blows and damage visible to the naked eye) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
